Lucas M. Marusiak

Lucas Marusiak joined 415 Group as an intern in August 2024 and transitioned to a full-time role as a Security Engineer/IT Specialist in November 2024.

As a member of the Special Services team, Lucas focuses on managing security infrastructure, client onboardings, and assisting with automation initiatives.

When asked why he likes working at 415 Group, he stated, “The diverse skillsets around the workplace and assortment of tasks where every day is different and provides a new challenge that is always fun to tackle.”

His professional philosophy is to always bring a positive attitude to the job, even in tough situations.

When he’s not at work, Lucas enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, field target, and spending time with family.
