Kasey B. Ackert

Kasey Ackert joined 415 Group in October 2024 as a remote services team member. In this role, Kasey receives tickets that come in from clients, answers questions over the phone and forwards along issues that may require involvement from the field team.

The best part about working at 415 Group for Kasey is getting to be a part of an in-depth team and the ability to be constantly learning on the job.

Being a key player in a team factors into Kasey’s work philosophy.

“I enjoy being a part of a team where others are willing to step in and help where you have questions or may be uncertain about something,” Kasey says. “I have already been able to experience that a handful of times while being here at 415 Group.”

Before coming to 415 Group, Kasey previously worked for Technology Now in Wooster for over two years.

When not at work, Kasey enjoys playing online games with friends, as well as traveling within the United States and plans to travel abroad in the future.
